Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed after [cut-off time, 12 PM AEST] will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Costs
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
• We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $60 AUD.
Tracking & Confirmation
• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Seller Responsibilities
• We ensure items are securely packaged and dispatched within the stated processing time.
• We are responsible for your order until it is accepted by the shipping carrier and a tracking number is issued.
• If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with claims and provide a replacement or refund if the carrier confirms the loss/damage.
Customer Responsibilities
• Provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
• Track your parcel using the provided tracking link and arrange redelivery or pickup if needed.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees (if shipping internationally) are the customer’s responsibility.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Delivery Timeframes (Estimate)
• Standard shipping: 1-6 Business days within Australia & 7-25 days internationally.
• Express shipping: 1-3 Business days within Australia & 7- 15 days internationally.
(Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs or carrier issues. International transit time can be affected by customs clearance and carrier delays.)
