Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after [cut-off time, 12 PM AEST] will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $60 AUD.

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Seller Responsibilities

We ensure items are securely packaged and dispatched within the stated processing time.

We are responsible for your order until it is accepted by the shipping carrier and a tracking number is issued.

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with claims and provide a replacement or refund if the carrier confirms the loss/damage.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Track your parcel using the provided tracking link and arrange redelivery or pickup if needed.

Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees (if shipping internationally) are the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Delivery Timeframes (Estimate)

Standard shipping: 1-6 Business days within Australia & 7-25 days internationally.

Express shipping: 1-3 Business days within Australia & 7- 15 days internationally.
